The room was spacious, and it featured a modern design with bright tones. I appreciated the bathroom. It had two separate sinks, a large bathtub, a spacious shower, and a toilet with a bidet shower.
The air conditioning was quite strong. It sometimes made it difficult to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature.

amazing foodclub loungespecial praise
I adored the club lounge. The staff knew so much about customer care. the food and drink were amazing!!! i especially remember phat, charm, and apple for their service. the general manager even chatted with us in the restaurant one day.

The breakfast buffet offered great quality food.
The staff did not seem to prioritize guest well-being. I asked for help with extra napkins when my son was vomiting, but no one stopped to help us. It was disappointing. Surely the well-being of guests should be a priority for staff.
